Will Eva Longoria File A Complaint Against A Police Officer ?

There are some reports that Eva is in the process of complaining to the police department about the officer that issued a report about her boyfriend for impeding traffic and for failing to have a valid Texas driver's license.

San Antonio Police have said that no written complaint has come to them.

No charges were laid against Eva Longoria. It's standard procedure for officers to ignore verbal abuse directed towards them unless it is harming a third party.
